Nice is Nice

Hi,
As you may have heard, Essie got out their new Spring 2011 nail polish
collection called French Affair, that contains 6 different colors.
Today I'll show you a light lavender color applied in two coats, Nice is Nice:

I stamped over it the design from m79 image plate and then applied some

Holographic fuchsia & m35 Konadicure

Hi,
Here's a new manicure I made using Konad m35 image plate.
I started with two coats of Glitter Gal holographic Fuchsia.
I firstly stamped the flower design and filled it in with a pink nail polish and then,
I stamped it again with Special black for outlining the design.

Random Rainbow

Again, it's a Sunday night whirlwind of polish postings. I don't know what has been up with me lately and being lazy in posting. I'm really sorry, but I hope you all are assured that posts will come.... Don't worry, my nails aren't naked!!! This is the last color I have to try in the Zoya Intimate Collection. I actually think it's pretty awesome. Gray is apparently "hot" right now, and I am a victim of the trend. I love it. I got this glitter polish at Ulta from a rewards coupon. I like it. The glitter is different shapes and sizes and comes out so randomly.

I painted three coats of Zoya Dove and added a coat of Ulta Salon Formula polish in Pinata-Yada-Yada. I added gemstones to my ring finger and coated with CND Super Shiney.

Puppet Master

My friend Ryah was at my house while I was getting ready to paint my nails. I love to ask for inspiration on what I should do for designs. She says "I think you should paint them, add glitter and then a stamp." Alright. That is basically adding all of things I might do individually in one manicure. For all it's individual simplicity, it was an epic fail the first TWO times I did it that I couldn't keep them on my nails. But I was determined and I KNEW I could make it work. Eventually I did. Although sparkle makes the Konad a bit difficult and textured, I think it looked good in the end. Thanks Ryah, the challenge was challenging! I wish I had pictures of how this manicure "glowed". The glitter I used really has a glowing, blue hue that was pretty amazing.

I painted two coats of China Glaze Four Leaf Clover and added LA Splash Cosmetic nail glitter in Dry Ice. I then used Konad Special Stamping Polish in black and Konad plate m69 and a top coat of CND Super Shiney.

Orange You Glad It's Spring

Ok, so it really hasn't felt like spring here in MN, but that isn't going to stop me from moving in the warmer direction in my nails. I was kind of bummed that just before this manicure, I had to cut down nearly all my nails on my right hand (my left hand has been growing and keeping nice, decent length nails for a while). So I was kind of playing on my long finger-nailed hand and my short one.

I taped off the top three quarters of my nail and painted three coats of China Glaze Jamaican Out and on added three coats to the rest of my nails in Peachy Keen. I added my stamped design with Konad Special Polish in White with Bundle Monster Plate BM16 and added a coat of CND Super Shiney for my top coat.

First Flowers

In keeping with my spring-themed manicures, I decided to use my flower decals for a manicure. It is always challenging when there is a lot of raised texture on a manicure in terms of wear, but this lasted as long as I wanted it to.....

I painted three coats of Zoya Marley and then hand painted with Gemma some curly-cues (maybe representative of leaves) and added on the flower decals from Art Club Blue Denim Clay Nail Art collection. I used two coats of Seche Vite for the top coat.

One Of These Things Is Not Like The Other

I have been trying to work through my Zoya Intimate Collection and am killing two birds with one stone in this manicure. Originally it was just the two colors Dannii and Jules, but it wasn't enough for me. My solution for everything is ADD MORE GLITTER!!!! Actually, the glitter made the manicure for me. Love the result. I'm adding several pictures in order to show the different depictions of color and glitter.

I painted three coats of both Dannii and Jules and then added LA Splash Cosmetics nail glitter in Golden Egg on Dannii nails and Viola on Jules nails. I finished the look with a coat of CND Super Shiney.
